As Accounts Payable Helpdesk Agent you will provide support and assistance to suppliers regarding payment inquiries, invoice processing, and account reconciliation. You will ensure resolution of supplier issues, maintaining good relationships with vendors and with procurement and internal partners. You will report to AP Team Leader and work in hybrid model with office in Katowice.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to Supplier Inquiries: Address and resolve supplier queries related to payments, invoices, and account status by phone, email, or helpdesk system.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all supplier interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, working with the accounts payable team and other departments.
- Communication: Communicate with suppliers to provide updates on payment status and resolve any issues promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous improvement: Bring ideas and participate in automation and optimization programs.
The Essentials - You Will Have
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Language: English B2, Spanish B2
- Skills: Problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have
- Experience: Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
