Requirements:
- Solid background in Telecommunication or Electronics
- Strong knowledge of 4G LTE, 5G NR technologies
- Deep understanding of protocol layers such as PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, SDAP, XNAP, NGAP
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical specifications (3GPP)
- Proficiency in Linux
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good English communication skills (both spoken and written)
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Python, C/C++
- Experience in planning, performance, and optimization of private LTE/5G networks
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies
Responsibilities:
- Implementing LTE/5G features in PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, SDAP, XNAP, NGAP layers
- Creating and writing specifications and requirements for new features based on industry standards (3GPP, O-RAN, ETSI)
- Planning and optimizing private 5G/6G networks
- Creating and maintaining test scenarios
