In a nutshell
As a 2nd Level Service Technician, you will provide hands-on support to 1st Level Support teams, ensuring maximum uptime of TUBE machines at customer premises worldwide.

What you will be doing

Provide 1st level support by:
- Coaching, training, and educating 1st level technicians and hence ensuring state-of-the-art machine maintenance, fixing, and customer training.
- Teaching, advising, and continuously improving ways to improve and guarantee maximum machine uptime.

Support 2nd level hotline by:
- Reporting recurring problems, issues, and findings to 2nd level hotline offering the best possible solutions for the 1st level organizations and customers.

Support 3rd level (R&D) by:
- Giving feedback to the organization regarding continuous customer satisfaction improvements.
- Support the training department and performing advanced customer trainings if need be.
- Create documents and instructions improving service/support quality.
- Build knowledge and experience in all aspects of the Tube technology (software, electrical, mechanical, problem solving)
If need be perform 1st level technician duties outlined in the 1st level technician job description.
Your education & experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years technical service experience: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or software engineering
- Hands-on experience in working with tube machines, preferably as service technician or hotliner.
What you need to succeed
- Approx. 80% travelling (mainly Europe).
- Good level of English.
- Ability to make effective decisions, as well as creatively build effective programs to increase sales and build customer satisfaction based on business needs.
- Adapt at balancing priorities based on repair workload.
