Procurement Manager
ABB Electrification is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations and support a productive, organized work environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to improve workflow, reinforce efficient order kitting, and drive continuous improvements across the warehouse.
Your Role: Take on the Journey
- Assist management in daily operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management.
- Provides regular feedback and makes recommendations to management regarding issues within the warehouse, including warehouse organization, shifting priorities and possible critical situations.
- Oversee picking, packing, and labeling of products to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout order fulfillment.
- Create shift schedules and assign work zones to optimize space, labor, and workflow across the warehouse.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory control to perform regular cycle counts and stock adjustments.
- Ensures the shift operation is run in compliance with health & safety policies and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., purchasing, customer service, operations, etc.) to resolve issues and maintain efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-5 years warehouse experience a plus
- Prior experience in leadership a plus
- A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
