Join our Web UX Team!
- Lead end-to-end UX research activities, applying a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods such as usability testing, in-depth interviews, surveys, behavioral analysis and statistical analysis
- Conduct independent research to deeply understand how users interact with our web and mobile applications
- Analyze and synthesize diverse data sources to uncover user behaviors, attitudes, and needs, translating findings into clear and compelling narratives.
- Develop and refine research strategies, frameworks, and repositories to support ongoing and future research efforts.
- Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, Product Owners, Product Managers, and other UX Researchers to integrate research insights into product decisions
- Communicate research findings effectively through presentations, reports, and workshops to diverse audiences
- Promote understanding and best practices of UX research across the team and organization
- Work effectively with colleagues globally to ensure research impact across diverse markets
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a closely related role, with demonstrated expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills focused on user research
- Proven ability to design and execute independent research studies that generate meaningful user insights
- Experience working in agile environments, with familiarity in relevant tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma)
- Excellent English communication skills for discussing research processes and findings with diverse teams
- Knowledge of lean UX, ResearchOps, and user-centered design principles
- Experience in UX research within in-house teams or large organizations is an advantage
- Understanding of container shipping business is a plus but not required
