Job Overview
The World of Tanks development team is looking for a UI/UX Designer who, together with their colleagues, will work on improving the existing features and designing new functionality for World of Tanks.
More than 160 million players around the world will be using your solutions, which will be an invaluable experience for you.
Reports to
UX Design Lead
What will you do?
- Design visual concepts and prototypes for complex game interfaces, including battle screens and the game lobby.
- Create final layouts, animations, and documentation for the developers and conduct the author's supervision.
- Create and refine graphic elements for existing and new game screens.
- Oversee complex projects at all stages—from concept to release, as well as support post-release improvements to solutions.
- Collaborate closely with a wide range of professionals across different disciplines.
- Participate in cross-reviewing the work of your fellow designers
What are we looking for?
- Solid graphic design skills, allowing you to create skeuomorphic game interfaces.
- Good understanding of design principles and visual perception.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
- Experience working with design systems and maintaining UI libraries.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and healthy perfectionism.
- Good communication skills, the ability to listen, communicate your ideas, and explain your decisions.
- The ability to present your work, receive and process feedback.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
- A passion for video games.
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Ability to create animations and work in After Effects, Animate, or other animation tools.
- Experience in organizing and conducting usability tests.
- Familiarity with World of Tanks as a player.
Work mode
- Hybrid (3 days of work from the office).
- This role is eligible for relocation & immigration support.
