What you'll be doing
We’re currently looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our global team working on scalable enterprise systems in the commercial banking and financial sectors.
You’ll play a key role in designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces tailored to complex financial products and services. This role suits someone with a passion for creating seamless digital experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.
How you’ll spend your day
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design efforts, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and design handoff.
- Use Figma to create and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Apply UX/UI best practices and design standards tailored to the commercial banking and finance industry.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Advocate for users and accessibility throughout the product lifecycle.
- Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing.
You'll be successful if you have
- Proven expertise in Figma and UX/UI design tools.
- Deep knowledge of UX/UI principles, including accessibility, responsive design, and usability.
- Experience designing for commercial banking or financial applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, user-centered design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global, cross-functional team.
- Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
