About the Role
We are looking for an inspiring and forward-thinking Tribe Lead to drive innovation and lead digital transformation within our Group Digital Capabilities team.
This role sits at the crossroads of technology, strategy, and leadership — ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands the nuances of financial ecosystems, and can turn visionary thinking into impactful solutions.
As Tribe Lead, you will lead cross-functional squads to deliver innovative and high-impact solutions across cloud, blockchain, AI, and data-driven platforms. You’ll champion new business models, support M&A due diligence, and partner with diverse stakeholders to co-create business value that shapes the future of Euroclear.
Your Responsibilities
Innovation Leadership
- Set the vision and drive the delivery of pioneering digital solutions, from early-stage ideation to full-scale implementation.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Client & Commercial Impact
- Engage directly with internal and external clients to identify problems worth solving.
- Support go-to-market strategies, develop new products and services, and unlock growth opportunities.
Technology & Ecosystem Strategy
- Champion the use of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), blockchain technologies, and advanced analytics.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions in collaboration with architects and engineers.
Delivery & Agility
- Apply agile methodologies and lean principles to lead high-performing teams in complex, fast-evolving environments.
- Be comfortable navigating uncertainty and fostering a fail-fast, learn-faster mindset.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams, aligning priorities and expectations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, supporting strategic decisions including M&A assessments.
Talent Development & Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary squads, inspiring collaboration, accountability, and resilience.
- Create an inclusive, engaging environment that attracts and retains top talent.
What You Bring
- 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, or technology consulting—preferably in financial services.
- Proven delivery of digital products and services using modern platforms (cloud, blockchain, data).
- Experience working with start-ups, scale-ups, or digital ventures in agile environments.
- Strong client-facing skills and excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of post-trade services and regulatory ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Experience in M&A due diligence and tech capability assessments is a plus.
- You are entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and passionate about innovation.
- You demonstrate emotional intelligence, adaptability, and strong strategic thinking.
- You lead by example—empowering teams, creating clarity in ambiguity, and mobilizing others around a shared vision.
