Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in Fund Industry
Fluency in both German and English (min. B2 level)

Responsibilities:
Working with closed-end funds, including processing subscriptions, redemptions, and reinvestments, as well as checking incoming instructions for correctness and completeness.
Maintaining daily communication with the office in Frankfurt and sending cash and security instructions to the market, ensuring correct processing of bookings and transfers of securities and cash.
Performing business-as-usual (BAU) activities, including monitoring team mailbox, responding to queries, and maintaining client data in appropriate systems.
Ensuring accurate reconciliation processes and monitoring procedures, with immediate reporting of discrepancies and gaps in process and procedures to management.
Providing proactive communication with business partners, including phone calls for quick resolution of complex issues, and group phone calls pickup.
Monitoring and resolving pending trades, settlement of inputted instructions, and stock and cash discrepancies, as well as processing claims from clients and counterparties.
Identifying areas for process enhancements and implementing innovative solutions, including pro-active communication of recommendations to improve the internal control framework.
Providing initial training and coaching to newcomers, ensuring incident reporting within 24 hours, and highlighting incidents and control breakdowns to management, department relationship managers, and the risk department.
