Our Source to pay (S2P) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors. We are searching for a Trainee with Danish join our accounts payable team to be part of the process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The accounts payable specialist will have both a day-to-day impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.
Your main tasks would be:
- Verification invoices in Smart Scan
- Handling PO and non-PO invoices and credit notes in SAP
- maintaining effective and efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing data for Intrastat report
- Handling Ad-hoc tasks and escalations.
Additionally, part of your role will involve actively participating in process improvement projects and providing support to your direct supervisor in other assigned tasks.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone, who:
- Is a graduate / student in finance and accounting or similar area
- Has high interpersonal and communication skills
- Is team oriented and represents proactivity in dealing with issues
- Shows positive attitude and engagement
- Is open to change and improvements
- Speaks Danish and English fluently
Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time.
