As a participant in our International Trainee Program, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the execution of technical projects both in Poland and abroad. You will develop the ability to identify and leverage opportunities for production optimization technologies. During your trainee, you will gain insight into the digitalization potential of our advanced production systems.
You will be involved in the development and implementation of innovative projects that support the strategic growth of production operations across Europe. Additionally, you will participate in the day-to-day production activities within various organizational units, gaining valuable practical experience in a dynamic, international environment.
