Your opportunity as a Trainee in our Lease Administration Operations team:
- Spark innovation in report preparation and financial analysis
- Illuminate client portfolios with insightful summaries and recommendations
- Brighten your understanding of real estate & lease terminology
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver radiant service to our clients
- Support on key metrics through data collection and verification
We're looking for someone who:
- Is pursuing or has completed a Bachelor's degree
- Good command of spoken and written Business English (enabling conference calls attendance and note taking), any second foreign language would be an advantage
- Can dedicate a minimum of 25 hours per week and a maximum of 40 hours per week
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Background in Real Estate or Client Service will be a plus
- Financial and accounting acumen and Experience within finance and accounting area would be an asset.
- Well-organized person with a creative mind, attention to details and proven analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges & responsibilities.
- Possibility to work fully remote
