Support CI Projects: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste in shared service processes. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making with visual management tools. Process Mapping: Create and update process documentation (e.g., SIPOC, value stream maps) to support standardization and knowledge sharing. Workshop Facilitation: Help organize and facilitate Kaizen events, brainstorming sessions, and training workshops across departments. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, implement solutions, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
