What you'll be doing:
As a Trade Marketing Specialist at Avon, you’ll be at the heart of bringing our brand to life across retail and digital channels. You’ll shape and execute marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and boost sales. From managing promotional campaigns to collaborating with cross-functional teams, your work will ensure Avon’s presence is strong, consistent, and impactful in the local market. You’ll be a key player in turning insights into action, helping us grow our business while staying true to our brand.
Key responsibilities:
What you'll be working on:
  • Developing and implementing trade marketing plans tailored to retail and digital channels
  • Supporting B2C and B2B activities, including promotions, sampling, and merchandising
  • Collaborating with teams across sales, brand, and operations to align strategies
  • Managing promotional materials and third-party partnerships
  • Analyzing sales and marketing data to identify opportunities and improve performance
  • Enhancing Avon’s visibility and execution in marketplaces like Amazon and Allegro
  • Driving customer-focused initiatives and commercializing brand plans effectively
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or Category Management within an international company + University Degree
  • Background in FMCG, ideally with wholesale or consignment retailer experience
  • Marketplace experience (Amazon, Allegro) is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights from data
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of budgets and P&Ls
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience in developing value propositions
  • Excellent project management skills and a proactive approach
  • Fluent in English, with a university degree
