Trade Booking for OTC Derivative products
Requirements:
Fluent English speaking & writing
Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
Strong attention to details
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
OTC Derivatives product knowledge
Good understanding of Middle Office functions including trade reconciliations & counterparty’s process
Reasoning skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines is essential
Proven track record of work – minimum 3 years of experience
Responsibilities:
Booking the trades in BNP Paribas Middle office trade capture application as per the client ticket for the client’s in-scope for depositary service.
Contacting Client in case of missing details in client ticket.
Capturing the trades as per procedures defined.
Handling query from the reconciliation team/ any stake holder in resolving the break in trades captured.
Uploading of the trade file received from clients to trade capture system.
Uploading of the files to update depositary status in trade capture system.
Leading projects related to the new processes on-boarding/process improvements
Maintaining effective relationship with internal and external clients
Understanding the risk linked to the business activity, and suggesting improvements to existing processes and practices
Actively participating in regular performance and group meetings
Participating in training process of new employees, acting to and supporting the team as a subject matter expert to resolve complex and rare reconciliation cases
Fostering innovation and efficiency
Actively participating and helping in organizing team meetings
