As an OtC Intern you will be supporting daily operations and month end closing activities within accounts receivable team.
It is an internship for a period of 3 months on contract of mandate. Office location – Przybyszewskiego 56, Bronowice, Kraków.
Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support daily OTC operations, including cash application, invoicing, and customer account management.
- Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the OTC cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure 100% data accuracy in all applied system.
About You :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written).
- English at a communicative level to interact with international teams and stakeholders.
