We are looking for a Total Rewards Expert to work closely with our HRBP, HR Operations, HR Information Systems, and Talent Acquisition teams. In this role, you will support the OLX business by designing, leading, and executing programs and solutions across all areas of compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellbeing.
What will be your responsibilities when working with us?
- Design, implement, and manage employee compensation and benefits programs tailored to the company’s needs.
- Collaborate with teams developing HR Information System solutions, acting as the Owner of Total Rewards processes and guiding their implementation.
- Lead the design, execution, and coordination of the performance-to-pay process.
- Ensure Total Rewards practices are integrated and aligned with programs across all HR disciplines.
- Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits data to inform decision-making.
- Design and deliver training and educational programs for HR, Talent Acquisition, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Work with international teams across Europe and South Africa.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
- Proven experience in leading HR projects end-to-end, including solution design, testing, implementation, communication, and change management.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employee compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and produce reports from multiple sources.
- Ability to identify key stakeholders, build strong relationships, and influence decisions.
- Track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-level projects.
- High proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry, Mercer).
- Experience in preparing pay ranges.
- Advantageous experience in one or more of the following: LTI programs, executive compensation, total rewards communication, EVP design, or employer branding.
