About the Job
The People Services Team is currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Time to Payroll Specialist with strong knowledge of Polish payroll and good command of English. If you thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment and are passionate about payroll accuracy and employee support, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure proper implementation and compliance with the payroll outsourcing agreement
- Manage the correct settlement and execution of civil law contracts through payroll
- Guarantee accurate monthly payroll processing in accordance with documentation, internal policies, and Polish legal requirements
- Control of remuneration transfers to employees’ bank accounts
- Oversee monthly payroll posting in cooperation with our external provider (STRADA)
- Prepare RP-7 post-employment documentation for the Social Security Office
- Monitor and manage the Social Fund, including spending plans and annual rules implementation
- Handle promotions for production employees, including preparation of development plans, exams, and evaluations
- Provide payroll-related data and support various reporting needs
- Respond to employees' payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Your Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in an international/multicultural environment
- Experience with Workday or similar global HR systems
- BA/BSc or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
- Native or fluent Polish (written and spoken)
- Good English (written and spoken)
