- Monitor and track Technology area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
- Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to communicate performance trends to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Technology units, and management to identify, define, and refine relevant KPIs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Proactively recommend improvements in KPI reporting processes and technologies.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across various sources and reporting tools.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and present findings to management.
