A person on this position will play a key role in a roll-out of a totally new project focused on implementation of new transport management strategy in Central Europe Region.
~50% working in ERP/TMS systems to improve the supply chain data quality, set correct system requirements/settings for all production plants;
~25% working with master data communities & participating in coaching sessions to prepare presentations, manuals and to train others;
~25% communication with stakeholders & BPOs to gather and collect all information necessary to project roll-out
Responsibilities:
- Timely processing master data requests and changes related to creation, modification and deactivation of vendors, materials, customers, products records;
- Performing regular audits and validations to ensure master data accuracy and completeness;
- Identifying, reporting and correcting data inconsistencies, duplicates and obsolete entries;
- Identifying opportunities to automate, standardize, improve master data maintenance processes;
- Keeping glossaries and data rules up to date to support consistent understanding and use of master data;
- Attending Master Data communities & coaching sessions with the Data Office and participate in working groups (conducting training sessions as needed);
- Applying and promoting clear steps to fix data issues;
- Supporting successful ERP and TMS upgrades by testing and migrating accurate master data;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in data management, economics, logistics or engineering,
- 3+ years of experience in data management within supply chain area,
- Knowledge of supply chain transportation processes,
- Experience with SAP ERP;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel,
- Fluent English;
- Excellent communication skills & openness to other people;
- Willingness to travel abroad, sometimes for long-distance trips;
- Openness to flexible working hours (depending on the project phase);
Knowledge of the following will be an asset:
- Automotive industry awareness;
- Transport Management Systems;
- Power BI, SQL basics;
- French/Spanish language;
