- Manage group of assigned supplier's safety, quality and delivery performance through metrics and KPIs, monitor suppliers continuously and take mitigation actions towards suppliers
- Develop group of suppliers through a commitment to continuous improvement through empowerment and management by data.
- A high degree of personal interaction is needed to challenge and effectively improve current practices at suppliers and internally.
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of product requirements and communicate quality requirements and initiatives.
- Align with functional departments with minimum supervision.
- Recognize impact of decision on product quality.
- Support and conduct supplier qualification activities (if approved Lead Auditor)
- Support and train suppliers on all TechnipFMC processes
- Some Inspections based on Interventions on the part report / ITP
- Collaborate globally with all regions on the performance of assigned suppliers
- Ability to communicate with Suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Fundamental understanding of foundational quality principles
- Understand Electronic manufacturing processes
- Communication skills, presentation skills and ability to train
- Possess the ability to manage the Control of Non-Conformances including follow up with suppliers to obtain RCCA
- Understand the concepts and application of problem-solving methodologies
- Understand the interactions between industry/regulatory standards, customer requirements.

- It is preferable to have someone who has completed IPC training, but it is not a requirement.
- BS or MS in Electronic Engineering/ Automation & Controls Engineering Or Equivalent Job experience within Electronics
