SMM Lead

• Develop and lead the global social media strategy aligned with the company brand and marketing goals;

• Supervise and mentor the SMM team, ensuring high-quality output across platforms;

• Coordinate social content planning across the brand team;

• Analyze performance metrics, define KPIs, and optimize strategies based on data;

• Oversee community management standards and ensure fast, consistent interaction with audiences;

• Coordinate and approve content plans, campaigns, and visual assets;

• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels;

• Stay up to date on platform trends, competitor activities, and new tools relevant to iGaming and social media.

We need your professional experience:

• 3+ years of experience in SMM, including at least 1 year in a leadership role;

• Experience managing and growing Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube channels;

• English and Ukrainian proficiency;

• Deep understanding of content creation and platform-specific engagement tactics;

• Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Telegram Analytics, etc.);

• Strong sense of brand voice;

• Experience in developing SMM strategies for international markets.
