We’re looking for a Site Procurement Buyer to join our team in Poland - Pila.
As a Site Procurement Buyer, you’ll be responsible for achieving product cost optimization in the scope of the factory through value engineering, cost modelling, and supply chain enhancements. You‘ll be contributing to manage our supply chain in a responsible way with a structured and innovative approach committed to sustainability, including responsible minerals sourcing and carbon disclosure.

What you’ll do
- You drive procurement activities for your commodity on the factory level.
- You are responsible for the suppliers belonging to your commodity and manage escalations in case of quality or delivery issues.
- You drive cost-down projects and support cost optimization.
- You take part in certain engineering projects and provide the Manufacturing Engineering Team with accurate cost estimates and challenge them to further optimize the product and the supply chain.
- You provide input regarding the supply base characteristics to drive the supplier selection process together with the Commodity Teams.
More about You:
- You have a university diploma, ideally in a combined technical-economic field.
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience (ideally in procurement buying, cost engineering, strategic purchasing, or a similar environment).
- You are an excellent team player.
- You are agile, assertive, and have impactful communication.
- You understand production technologies, materials, business models, and cost modelling.
- You speak English & Polish.
