Job Title: Senior Talent Marketing & Outreach Consultant

Belvedere is a growing recruitment business focused on building world-class AI and digital teams across Europe. We're looking for someone exceptional to join us in a hybrid role that blends recruitment, marketing, content creation, and candidate engagement.
This is a senior-level position , working directly alongside the Founder. You’ll be our go-to person for sourcing and engaging high-quality talent, driving content-led outreach strategies, and representing Belvedere at live events across Kraków and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and qualify candidates across niche and high-demand banking, tech and digital markets using creative, content-driven strategies.
Deliver 10–20 short, personalised video outreach messages daily to candidates and prospects.
Own the candidate engagement funnel: from attraction and outreach to pre-screening and interview coordination.
Plan and attend local networking events and represent Belvedere as a trusted brand ambassador.
Create LinkedIn content, including posts and video snippets to build your own brand and amplify the Belvedere voice.
Maintain and optimise campaign performance across email, LinkedIn, CRM and Clay (you’ll be fully trained).
Track performance and pipeline metrics weekly – taking full ownership of your desk.
Train and support junior team members where required.
Be a trusted contributor to business growth and delivery strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing or candidate outreach (agency or in-house).
Natural communicator – confident on camera and in writing.
Proven experience exceeding KPIs and managing pipelines independently.
Strong marketing instinct – understands personal brand, storytelling, and content strategy.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, video tools (e.g., Loom), and CRM systems is a big plus.
Organised, structured, and proactive – someone who does not drop balls.
Located in or around Kraków, Poland – with the ability to attend in-person team events and candidate socials.
Curious mindset with the ability to self-learn and actively improve processes.
Career Progression:
This role is designed to fast-track into a Delivery Consultant or Head of Talent Marketing depending on performance and ambition. You’ll receive 1:1 mentoring from the Founder and exposure to all aspects of running a modern, AI-powered recruitment business.
