Our e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects.We are looking for a strategic and technically minded Senior Product Manager to help drive our transformation from legacy systems into a modern, cloud-native infrastructure. This role focuses on enabling cloud migration and engineering automation by delivering products that remove friction for development teams and accelerate innovation across our organization.
As a Product Manager in our Infrastructure Enablement group, you will own the product lifecycle for internal platforms and tools that support engineering teams in building scalable, efficient software. You'll work closely with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deeply understand their workflows and identify the highest-impact opportunities. Through strong data analysis, clear prioritization, and exceptional communication, you’ll shape the roadmap, define product strategy, and deliver solutions that make cloud transformation seamless.

Job Description and Requirements
Role Responsibilities
Co-owns and maintains the product strategy and roadmaps for CI/CD, cloud migration, and developer automation areas with a focus on engineering efficiency and scalability.
Works closely with engineering teams, architects, domain leads, and stakeholders to identify key needs, priorities, and internal bottlenecks, translating them into actionable product initiatives.
Evaluates business value versus effort of potential solutions, supports decision-making, and drives initiatives from concept through delivery.
Builds alignment around product direction through clear, regular communication of road maps, priorities, and decisions.
Defines success metrics, tracks progress and iterates based on data insights and team feedback.
Leads requirement gathering, discovery workshops, and technical consultations to ensure solutions align with the existing infrastructure ecosystem.
Supports cross-team dependency management and helps remove blockers to accelerate delivery.
Engages proactively with leadership and stakeholders, showing initiative and ownership to drive outcomes across complex environments.
Collaborates with the product manager, engineering managers, and tech leads to defining scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
Advocates for pragmatic, platform-oriented product development focused on reusability and enabling scalable solutions across the organization.
Cultivate a strong developer community by continuously engaging with engineers, surfacing inner-sourced ideas, and turning their feedback into meaningful improvements that enhance the developer experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Comfortable with data analysis to monitor product health, set goals, validate assumptions, and track success.
Technical acumen to understand core infrastructure and cloud migration challenges, as well as the ability to make informed trade-offs with the team.
Strong interest in solving complex problems and optimizing systems for scalability and efficiency.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams to validate solutions and drive features from inception to delivery.
Ability to balance attention to detail with a strategic focus on long-term objectives and outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and influence at all levels.
Minimum qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in building custom software and cloud-based solutions.
Proven track record of collaborating with and guiding engineering teams, including experience in driving DevOps, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.
Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
236 000 and 354 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
