You’ll be based in Warsaw (no travel required) and work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to make sure our ML systems are running smoothly, scaling smartly, and always getting better. Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Monitor & Optimize ML Models: Build and maintain systems to track model performance and output quality.
Automate & Scale: Simplify and automate workflows around data pipelines and model serving.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and product teams in global cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot & Improve: Deep-dive into ML systems to identify issues, implement quick fixes, and propose long-term solutions.
Champion Best Practices: Promote code quality, monitoring standards, and MLOps excellence across teams.
Share & Grow: Contribute to internal Communities of Practice and take advantage of training, mentorship, and cross-functional projects.

What We’re Looking for:
Must-Haves
4+ years of relevant work experience
Strong skills in SQL and Python
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Kibana, Grafana, OpenSearch, Looker or similar)
Familiarity with version control tools (GitLab, GitHub)
Solid understanding of ML lifecycle and model performance metrics
Undergraduate (BSc.) degree in computer science, mathematics, or some related field
Fluent English communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Kubeflow)
Prior experience in market research, pricing, revenue assurance, media consumption patterns is valuable but not mandatory
