We’re seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our BRIDGE Team, which is responsible for our platform and infrastructure.

Once you join BRIDGE, you will be responsible for:
Designing, building, and maintaining reliable infrastructure to help our engineering teams.
Developing and improving CI/CD pipelines to make deployments faster, safer, and more reliable.
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving the reliability and performance of our systems.
Keeping cloud costs under control and suggesting smart optimizations.
Driving best practices in DevOps, security, and scalability across the org.
Collaborating with developers, product, and security to make the developer experience seamless.
In the role of Senior DevOps Engineer, we expect that you will:
Take ownership of your work - suggest it, design it, implement it.
Be proactive in spotting problems and suggesting improvements (we love “what if we…” ideas).
Share knowledge openly and help teammates level up.
Maintain reliability and security while still moving quickly.
Balance pragmatism with long-term thinking.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical folks.
Bring curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and a sense of humor to the table.
In the first 6 months, you should:
Get to know our stack inside out and take ownership of key parts of it.
Improve our CI/CD pipelines so deployments are faster, more reliable, and less painful.
Help define and track SLOs for critical systems, making sure reliability stays high.
Spot opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and deliver at least a few “why didn’t we do this earlier?” improvements.
Contribute to keeping our cloud costs under control by finding and fixing inefficiencies.
Play a major role in shaping how the BRIDGE team works with the rest of engineering.
Establish yourself as a go-to person for DevOps expertise across the company.

Job requirements
Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering, ideally in cloud-native environments.
Hands-on with GCP and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, etc.).
Solid skills in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity).
Good knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
Awareness of DevSecOps practices and security fundamentals.
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and follow through with fixes and prevention.
Strong communication skills — you can explain technical things simply and collaborate well with others.
Fluent Polish and good command of English
It would be an additional plus if you have:
Experience with cloud cost optimization or FinOps practices.
Knowledge of incident management best practices and running post-mortems.
A knack for developer experience.
A sense of humor and an appreciation for bad infrastructure puns.
