Senior Analyst - Regulatory Reporting Monitoring & Governance

What you’ll be DOING

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Assist with reporting AXA XL insured vehicle data to state DMVs per state regulatory requirements and resolution of any data quality issues or vehicle registration suspensions due to insurance reporting
  • Assist with printing and mailing of policies/non-renewal letters/renewal letters for supported internal business customers
  • Assist with processing and mailing of Workers Compensation Posting Notices per requests from internal business customers in accordance with state regulated guidelines
  • Assist with processing and mailing Auto ID cards per requests from internal business customers in accordance with state regulated guidelines
  • Assist with processing Motor Carrier Filing requests with state and Federal bureaus per requests from internal business customers.
  • Accurate and timely entry of insurance data into AXA XL’s systems and databases through interpretation of insurance contracts and associated correspondence
  • Analysis and presentation of insurance contract financial data
  • Production of monitoring reports and prompt handling of exception items
  • Prompt and accurate resolution of data quality issues
  • Production of insurance documentation (quotations, certificates, endorsements)
  • Clearance and sanctions checking
  • Electronic filing of documents
  • Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performed

You will report to local Assistant Manager.

What you will BRING

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • University degree or relevant experience
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must (at least B2 level)
  • Proven experience on similar role (related to data administration & analysis)
  • Excellent data processing skills
  • Compelling problem solving skills
  • Excel on a very good level
  • Inquisitive mind with compelling analytical thinking skills
  • Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent people skills; communicative and open to new challenges
