As a Risk & Governance Specialist, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, with a particular focus on maintaining the ERM software platform. As a member of the global Internal Control & Risk team (Corporate Governance Office), you will work closely with the Risk & Governance Manager. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, along with a hands-on approach and interest in the areas of risk and governance.

What tasks are waiting for you?
Assist in the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, regular risk identification, assessment and monitoring processesMaintain and optimize the ERM software platform, ensuring functionality and data quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess and monitor risks, and track the implementation of mitigation actions
Support the design and implementation of risk mitigation plans and internal controls, working closely with Risk Owners
Prepare risk reporting and dashboards for management and stakeholders
Support stakeholder engagement, including preparation of training materials, risk workshops, awareness sessions, and communication initiatives
Contribute to climate risk and double materiality assessments, aligned with ESG regulations
Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal policies and procedures in line with the company’s governance framework
Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices in risk and governance areas
Apply today if you:
Hold a university degree in a relevant field (e.g. Law, Finance, Risk, Business)Have initial experience in risk management, internal control, audit or other areas related to the corporate governance, preferably within a multinational company
Are highly proficient in spoken and written English
Have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Possess strong analytical and organizational skills
Have good presentation and communication abilities
Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a hands-on approach
Are able to work independently while maintaining a high focus on quality
Show interest in growing within the field of risk management
Nice to have:
Experience with GRC / ERM software or knowledge of ERM frameworks (e.g. COSO, ISO 31000)
