As part of the Reporting Team you will be working with teams from across the business to contribute to investor reporting platform, serve as product expert and support marketing and fundraising activities.
Summary of our opportunity
The Reporting Team is responsible for providing client performance reporting across all illiquid strategies managed by ICG. The team is based in Warsaw, Poland, and its clients include both internal stakeholders such as portfolio management and client solutions, as well as external investors.
You will be responsible for and involved in reporting on a number of portfolios. The main goal of the function is to deliver high-quality investor reporting. You will collaborate closely with other internal teams (fund administration, portfolio managers, and client solutions group) based in different geographical locations. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be a keen learner.
Primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
Providing client performance reporting for all illiquid strategies managed by ICG.
Reporting on a number of portfolios accurately and timely.
Ensuring high-quality investor reporting.
Collaborating closely with internal teams such as fund administration, portfolio managers, and client solutions group.
Maintaining strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Being a keen learner to adapt to changing reporting requirements and technologies.
Personal Attributes
Personal attributes that will make you successful in this role include but are not limited to:
Essential
Excellent English both written and spoken.
Advanced MS Excel proficiency for efficient data analysis.
3-5 years of experience in fund admin, performance reporting, portfolio analysis team in a financial institution.
A team player with strong organisation skills, ability to multi-task demonstrating exceptional level of attention to detail.
Desirable
CFA, CIPM, ACCA qualification (or in progress) or other investment related qualification would be an advantage.
Knowledge/experience with alternative asset classes, i.e. fixed income, private debt, private equity, etc).
