About the Team
Join our fully passionate team and help us to “transform today’s World for a better tomorrow” with sustainable products! In this position, you will be responsible of Remanufacturing (inc. sustainability) marketing & communication strategy for ZF Aftermarket.
What you can look forward to as REMAN & Sustainability Marketing Manager:
- Owns and develops the overall marketing strategy value proposition and plan for ZF REMAN and ‘more sustainable products’ and co-drives its execution/implementation in close collaboration with all MARCOMs departments with consistent messaging across all channels as well as all business lines and regions
- Monitors current and upcoming sustainable marketing relevant regulations, analyzes their potential impact and anticipates needed actions across MARCOMs departments to ensure compliance
- Lead content and asset development to promote ZF REMAN, ‘more sustainable products’ as well as general ZF Aftermarket sustainability activities incl. advertising, product naming, collateral development, direct marketing, electronic media, presentations or press releases for in- and external communication, marketing campaigns and sales demands
- Organizes / coordinates ZF REMAN presence and sustainability elements within local major global trade shows, customer events, educational programs and product-related events (esp. Rematec and Automechanika)
- Develops content and messaging for company online presence (incl. ZF Aftermarket website and social media sites) referring to ZF REMAN, ‘more sustainable products’ or general ZF Aftermarket sustainability activities and coordinates frequent updates of such pages
- Leads the process of collaborating with regional teams, marketing peers ensuring Remanufacturing & Sustainability related commercial programs are developed in close cooperation with content development team, localized, adapted & executed aligned with marketing plans. Ensure ZF sellers, ie. sales teams have access to right tools & messaging to win in market
- Lead in-/external change management by overseeing, understanding and influencing ZF REMAN & sustainability goals in close cooperation with DIV-B Coms & Change Management departments
Your Profile as REMAN & Sustainability Marketing Manager:
- Passionate for environmentally sustainable solutions like remanufacturing in the automotive aftermarket
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field with 3+ years proven experience in several marketing roles, ideally in automotive aftermarket
- Entrepreneurial, analytical & growth mindset with an excellent understanding of customer-centricity and customer journeys as well as strong knowledge of market and customers
- Ability to develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and goals
- Strong understanding of automotive sales channels & digital marketing channels and platforms
- Ability to manage ambiguity by bringing clarity through stakeholder tailored communication, clear vision and goal setting with ability to challenge the status quo & to question our paradigms
- Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in any other languages a great plus
