FANAR S.A. is looking for
Quality Engineer
Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and resolving quality problems, and improving the quality management system.
Your responsibilities:
Conducting inter-operational and final inspection of products, quality acceptance of deliveries, monitoring production process parameters.
Identify, record and analyze nonconformities (e.g., using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa methods), initiate and supervise corrective and preventive actions.
Quality capability testing of machines and processes.
Participate in quality problem solving teams, analyze the types of effects and possible errors on the product (FMEA), develop and update documentation, prepare quality reports.
Actively collaborate with Production, Technical, Sales, suppliers and customers to ensure the highest quality.
Your profile:
Technical university degree (Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Mechatronics or related).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company (tooling, machining, automotive, metal industry) in a quality engineer or similar position.
Very good knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g. 8D/A3, FMEA, SPC, MSA, ISO 9001).
Proficiency in technical drawing and geometric tolerances.
Very good knowledge of MS Excel, Word.
Knowledge of English at the level of B2 both written and verbally.
Analytical skills, self-reliance, initiative, communication skills, teamwork, goal orientation and attention to detail.
