WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Kaseya is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic QA Automation Engineer to join our high-performing quality assurance team. As a QA Automation Engineer at Kaseya, you will be instrumental in driving automation efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable IT management products to our global clientele.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a QA Automation Engineer at Kaseya, you will be a crucial member of our quality assurance team, responsible for driving automation efforts and ensuring the high-quality and reliability of our cutting-edge IT management solutions. Your expertise in test automation, scripting, and test frameworks will play a pivotal role in streamlining testing processes, enhancing product quality, and delivering exceptional software experiences to our global customer base.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, Write and execute automated tests by creating scripts to run during regression, analyze failures and report issues.
- Analyse the application and suggest areas for automation and improvements to maximize test coverage (security, performance, functionality)
- Assist manual QA in validation and test case execution when needed.
- Investigate, create, and retest bug reports while following our agreed processes.
- Ensure that the team's goals and deadlines are met.
- Ensure/advocate for delivery of automated tests as part of the development lifecycle.
- Participate in release processes for your assigned projects.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience building and maintaining automated test scripts using Playwright or Cypress.
- Create, run, and report on results of automation scripts.
- Maintain automation scripts so that as functional changes are introduced to the product the test suite is updated accordingly.
- Experience working as part of an Agile environment.
- Experience in AI tools and projects.
