Senior Reporting Analyst, Reporting Center, Poznań
Role overview
The main responsibility of the Reporting Centre Team is to identify business needs and implement various reports to support all Carlsberg entities in Western Europe, supporting their business decisions. The Reporting Centre Team is maintaining Front End reporting using the Power BI solution.
The Senior Reporting Analyst will be a part of the Reporting Centre at Carlsberg Shared Services. The person will be responsible for developing and maintaining harmonized Power BI reporting solutions across Western Europe.
What you’ll be doing
- Regularly creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Doing a visualization of results using Power BI based on functional requirements
- Making basic data interpretation and trend identification
- Developing reporting that supports the implementation of Lean Management principles
- Participating in projects and supporting the team in ad-hoc analyses
- Overseeing development and management of the reporting solutions
- Conducting data analysis and interpretations
- Monitoring the continuous improvement of data architecture and integration
- Overseeing development and management of Power Apps
- Preparing technical documentation of existing products and implemented solutions, keeping the reporting catalogue up to date
- Solving detected technical issues in reporting and establishing missing functionalities
- Continuously extending knowledge about reporting technology
- Training & coaching team members
What we’re looking for
We're looking for a colleague who has:
- A degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
- At least one year of professional experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar field
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with Power BI and Power Apps
- Basic knowledge of Azure, Synapse, Data Lake, and Dataverse
- Ability to extract, transform, and load data, designing cubes and parametrized reports
- Basic knowledge of PySpark and cluster computing
- Understanding of end-to-end business workflow
- Experience with SQL, JSON, M (Power Query), DAX, and PowerFX
- Basic understanding of the DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Python would be beneficial
