Requirements
- Familiarity with enterprise-grade B2B products including mobile and web-based products is essential, given the digital nature of contemporary solutions.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Polarion-X, or similar is important for managing atomic requirements as well as a product backlog and enabling seamless collaboration with development teams.
Responsibilities
- Reporting – Providing updates to the Product Manager for Retailer Invoicing you will be involved in:
- Product development: creating user stories based on business requirements and product description and working with internal engineering team to ensure timely increment scope completion.
- Product implementation: working with our lottery clients and engineering SMEs to elicit product configuration, conduct demos, perform gap analysis and support customer testing.
- Product maintenance: building and maintaining client relationships, enhancement elicitation, roadmap and upgrade presentations.
- Customer Demonstrations – Conducting product demonstrations and workshops as part of the requirements management process.
- Requirements Elicitation – Gathering and understanding requirements from various sources: technical documentation, formal proposals and contracts, and stakeholders (including customers, end users, and internal business stakeholders).
- Requirements Analysis – Analyzing the gathered requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, consistent, and testable.
- Requirements Specification – Documenting the analyzed requirements in a clear and concise format, mostly as User Stories, but also in a Functional Requirements Document, Configuration Questionnaire or other similar artifacts, leveraging standard tools such as Word, Polarion X or Jira.
- Requirements Management – Tracking and managing changes to requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaboration – Working closely with other team members, including product managers, product owners, developers, and testers, to ensure a shared understanding of the product requirements.
