We’re seeking a Technical Product Owner with a unique blend of technical knowledge and business insight. This role is key to bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the delivery of impactful, high-quality software products.


Main Responsibilities:

Drive product development using Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Translate strategic goals into actionable product backlogs and prioritize them effectively.

Ensure the product meets technical and functional standards while addressing stakeholder needs.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define requirements, including system architecture and infrastructure.

Work with Tech Leads and architects to design optimal solutions.

Build and manage product roadmaps while overseeing team performance, budgets, and client relationships.

Monitor progress, represent the team to stakeholders, and maintain a focus on the product vision.

Requirements

• A strong grasp of IT fundamentals, including REST APIs, databases, cloud services, and system architecture (e.g., microservices).
  
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a focus on IT products.
  
• Hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, or technical project management.
  
• Knowledge of application release management and Scrum methodologies.
  
• Proficiency in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+) and strong interpersonal abilities.
  
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs (work in 2-weeks in Poland and 2-weeks in the Middle East or the United States model).
