Headway Inc is a global tech company, revolutionizing lifelong learning by creating digital products for over 150 million users worldwide. Our mission is to help people grow. We’re proud to be ranked 4th among the World’s Top EdTech Сompanies by TIME magazine. We believe lifelong learning should be accessible, personalized, and impactful to each individual. That’s how we change the world and why we bring together exceptional minds.
The core of our achievements is our team. We believe in people and shared values SELECT. That’s why, together with Daryna Protsyshyn, Head of Growth Marketing and Pavlo Orlenko, Head of Product Marketing, we’re looking for a PMM that will drive our new strategic user flow — content-based website makeheadway.com, resulting in revenue growth and business impact.
The product and team you will be working with:
Headway is our flagship app, offering summaries of nonfiction bestsellers, daily insights, and gamified challenges. Headway is the world’s most downloaded book summary app and has been featured as App of the Day in over 30 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.
You’ll join a cross-functional Organic Growth team that lives at the intersection of SEO, content marketing, product, and analytics — creating sustainable growth through a structured flow of A/B testing. You will be working in cooperation with the team to build a joint strategy of user acquisition, activation and monetization.
The challenge you’ll take on:
Your main challenge in this role is to build a strong foundation for organic user acquisition, thus differentiating user flows and unlocking the new revenue stream for the Headway app. You'll be responsible for website architecture development, building web funnels, monetization strategies — all to directly impact revenue through key proxy metrics like CR and ARPU.
This job is perfect for you if you:
- You think like a growth hacker: you proactively search for growth opportunities through deep user and funnel analysis, and turn friction points into high-impact solutions.
- You’re data-driven and have advanced analytical skills — you can independently set up A/B tests, define key metrics (CR, ARPU, LTV), segment users, interpret results, and make data-backed product decisions.
- You thrive in a fast-changing environment, easily adapting hypotheses and tactics based on new data or user behavior shifts, and quickly iterating on experiments to capture value faster.
- You can build a product vision and translate it into a clear execution plan, aligning cross-functional teams (UX, content, engineering) and owning the roadmap from initial hypothesis to post-launch analysis.
What will you do:
- Work across all funnel stages — TOFU, MOFU, BOFU — to drive user acquisition, activation, and monetization on the website.
- Collaborate with the SEO and content marketing teams to align product initiatives with general organic growth strategy.
- Plan and execute product development: define hypotheses, prioritize, launch experiments, analyze results, and iterate.
- Own and run A/B tests and experiments end-to-end.
- Improve conversion flows and monetization funnels to turn organic traffic into measurable business impact.
What do you need to join us:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Growth Manager.
- Strong analytical and data skills — you can design and analyze A/B tests, build dashboards, and confidently make decisions backed by metrics.
- Experience working on web funnels or conversion optimization (e.g., improving CR, ARPU, LTV).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and align with teams across marketing, content, design, and engineering.
- Proactive mindset with a strong business impact focus — you actively look for opportunities to drive measurable growth and move key metrics forward.
- Alignment with our team values (SELECT) and a genuine passion for helping people grow.
- Previous experience in SEO or performance marketing is a plus.
What do we offer:
- Work within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product.
- An office with a reliable shelter, generators, satellite internet, and other amenities.
- Access to our corporate knowledge base and professional communities.
- Personal development plan.
- Compensation for English language learning, external training, and courses.
- Medical insurance and full sick leave compensation.
- Company doctor and massage in the office.
- Sports activities: running, yoga, boxing, and more.
- Corporate holidays: we go on a week-paid holiday to rest and recharge twice a year.
- Supporting initiatives that help Ukraine. Find out more about our projects here.
