Your future team:

You will join Group Product Management , a team of five Product Managers plus a Manager, each owning a different product segment. The team coordinates product development and alignment across regions.

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Management Support Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately input fire test report data into a new database system. In addition, the role will provide support with Factory Mutual approvals and other related compliance activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in fire protection and compliance, offering exposure to industry test standards and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data from fire test reports into our internal database
  • Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness
  • Highlight possible inconsistencies, errors or anomalies in the data
  • Contribute ideas to help streamline processes and improve database efficiency
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation for FM approvals
  • Support the Group Product Management team with compliance and regulatory-related tasks

What you bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable learning new databases
  • Good communication skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Understanding of fire protection concepts and FM approvals
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online
