We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale Instapage’s new customer acquisition across all digital channels. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of profitable, high-ROI growth channels—while uncovering new opportunities through experimentation, data-driven insights, and a growth hacking mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution for all Instapage digital marketing initiatives to drive predictable, scalable, and profitable growth.
  • Build, optimize, and manage a multi-channel acquisition portfolio—including SEO, SEM, video, social, communities, listings, native, programmatic, display, retargeting, email, events, outbound, and more.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends like LLM optimization, AI automation, ML targeting models, cookieless attribution, and apply them to unlock new growth levers.
  • Build a data-driven practice with deep funnel understanding, detecting performance trends early, and adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Develop omni-channel strategies with a keen understanding of interdependencies to maintain healthy unit economics.
  • Collaborate across GTM teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
  • Provide clear visibility into performance through reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Leverage deep product and customer insights to craft tailored strategies for the markets we serve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in performance marketing for a PLG SaaS product.
  • Proven success building 3–5+ digital channels from the ground up, with several generating $2M+ in revenue.
  • Experience managing $5M+ annual digital ad spend.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, CRO, growth hacking, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset.
  • Track record of driving measurable results through strategic, high-ROI campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
