What You´ll Do
- Complete payroll processes with operational excellence to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Address payroll-related questions, uphold excellent customer service, and sustain positive feedback from partners.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across the HR HUB and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify inefficiencies and potential improvements in payroll processes and play a key role in implementing these improvements.
- Stay informed on current HR procedures and legal obligations to guarantee adherence.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR and payroll areas.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Proficient understanding of HR procedures and payroll platforms.
- Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating proactivity in resolving issues and seeking solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills, with a track record of high-quality customer service.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
