Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender offers
- Secure information between markets and central functions are exchanged in the right timing and format
- Analyze tender requirements and ensure alignment with company capabilities and commercial strategy.
- Liaise with internal departments (sales, legal, finance, technical) to gather necessary inputs and approvals
- Maintain a centralized database of tender submissions, deadlines, and outcomes
- Monitor tender portals and identify new business opportunities (possible future responsibility)
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all tender-related data
- Support post-tender activities including clarifications, contract negotiations, and handover to operations
- Secure structured storing of information related to tender result to be used in future offers as benchmark
Candidate profile:
- Proven experience in tender management or sales support
- Capability to understand business requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of parts and procurement processes
- Experience in a relevant industry
