Job Description
Join our IT Enterprise Architecture team in a paid internship and support key communication initiatives. You'll help refine and communicate our technical roadmap, organize events, and support engagement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain IT architecture documentation (system diagrams, process flows, etc.);
- Manage meeting minutes, action items, and knowledge base;
- Develop and execute communication plans for IT architecture projects;
- Support IT architecture planning workshops (virtual/on-site);
- Contribute to blog posts and internal community updates;
- Help manage projects using Agile/SCRUM principles.
Qualifications
- You are a 3rd and 4th year student of Computer Science (or a related field preferred);
- Interest in IT architecture, digital transformation, and technology planning;
- Excellent written/verbal English and Polish skills (required);
- Familiarity with documentation/collaboration tools (Confluence, Miro, etc.);
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently;
- Knowledge of Agile principles and SCRUM methodology is a plus.
