Responsibilities:
- Processing cash applications
- Managing cash collection
- Handling deductions
- Reviewing credit limits
- Supporting legal actions and insolvency cases managed by local Accounts Receivable
- Preparing monthly reports to assist the Accounts Receivable Lead
- Compiling monthly booking files
- Conducting special analyses requested by the Accounts Receivable Lead to support decision-making
- Actively assisting with end-of-quarter and year-end financial close tasks for the Accounts Receivable subledger
Requirements:
- University graduate.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in an OTC team.
- Working hours: 2 PM - 10 PM.
- English and French language proficiency at least at B2 level.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and teamwork abilities.
