AsOrder Management Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.
Your role:
- Managing complex orders with use of SAP and other supporting tools
- Being responsible for end-to-end process: order intake, order changes, product & pricing information, handling complaints, return process
- Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse team and other departments within Philips)
- Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)
You're the right fit if:
- You have minimum 2 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Customer Service, Logistics or Transport
- You have very good Italian and English level languags (B2 or higher)
- You are organized person with strong ownership
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP
