Summary
Andersen is hiring an Oracle Fusion Cloud Engineer for a project with a B2B telecom company. The role involves supporting the implementation of an ERP system to improve and automate core business processes.
The customer is a leading B2B telecommunications company, dedicated to the sustainable development of the ICT sector. The company provides a wide range of advanced telecommunications services, including mobile, internet, and international leased lines. It also offers cutting-edge digital solutions in FinTech, AdTech, and Media/TV.
The project is focused on implementing an Oracle Fusion Cloud–based ERP system to automate and integrate HR, Finance, and Procurement processes. It includes data migration, module customization, system integration, and knowledge transfer. The goal is to improve efficiency, scalability, and long-term support.
Responsibilities
- Participating in the design of solution architecture based on Oracle Fusion Cloud, tailored to the company’s business processes.
- Developing, configuring, and optimizing HR, Finance, and Procurement modules in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud with internal company systems and third-party services via APIs and other interfaces.
- Analyzing business requirements and preparing technical documentation.
- Participating in data migration from legacy systems.
- Conducting solution testing and bug fixing.
- Providing user support and training internal client teams.
- Collaborating with an international team of Oracle developers and consultants.
- Following development best practices and adhering to security standards.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise solution development for 5+ years.
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud for 3+ years.
- Successful participation in Oracle Cloud implementation or support projects (ERP systems experience is a plus).
- Experience integrating cloud solutions with internal systems via APIs.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture.
- Skills in configuring ERP modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with international teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a long-term team.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.
Desired skills
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with Oracle databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with business processes in HR, Finance, or Procurement modules.
