You Will:
- Provide ongoing administrative support to associates;
- Organize office supplies, groceries, and other necessary orders;
- Ensure the office is well-maintained on a daily basis;
- Oversee the company’s fixed assets;
- Report technical office issues to the technical service;
- Prepare office spaces for associates and coordinate office access;
- Assist associates during meetings, including welcoming guests and arranging necessary equipment and orders;
- Manage the company’s email inbox and HQ documentation workflow, both internally and externally;
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers;
- Coordinate office and administrative invoices;
- Update internal administrative documents;
- Organize business trips;
- Support the Direct Manager with assigned tasks and cooperate with other departments.
Desired Experience:
- At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in administration;
- Strong communication skills, customer focus, and problem-solving abilities;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Positive attitude, openness to challenges, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Strong motivation to deliver high-quality administrative support;
- Advanced proficiency in English and Polish;
- Experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
