Join our team in the position of:
Maintenance Engineer (m/f)
in Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska
(Temporary contract 12-18 months/mission)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all maintenance activities enhance people's and product's safety, product quality, protection of the environment and operations performance
- Teach, coach and audit preventive maintenance in their area
- Build the maintenance budget, ensuring justification, request, implementation, reporting and tracking
- Ensure optimum energy and water consumption at factory level
Our expectations:
- Degree/diploma: engineering or technical bachelor discipline (mechanical, process, industrial engineering or similar)
- 3 years of experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing, consumer goods or automotive industry
- Experience in fixed assets maintenance responsibilities, including the preparation, definition, control and follow up of maintenance budgets
- Personnel supervisory experience
- Participation in the development of small engineering improvement projects, defining technical equipment as a part of a multidisciplinary team
- Participation in the start-up or commissioning of technical equipment or production lines
- Basics of costing guidelines
- Work following defined objectives and proactively tracking them
- Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills
- Analytical skills in problem solving
- Upper-intermediate English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Certified electrical qualifications
Additional expectations:
- LEAN/TPM experience
- Problem-solving tools knowledge
- SAP knowledge will be an asset
- Valid sanitary results
