Join our team in the position of:
Production Engineer for Packaging Area (m/f)
in Nestlé Purina factory in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska
(Temporary contract 12-18 months/mission)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialised knowledge and training support to operators in filling / packaging area
- Support renovation and innovation processes for the new products and technologies
- Ensure processes and equipment in filling / pckaging area are safe for people, products and environment
Our expectations:
- Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the corresponding production or technical field, preferably in the food manufacturing, consumer goods or automotive industry
- Minimum 3 years field experience, as a former Shift Leader / Lead Operator or as an Expert in Filling / Packaging Activities
- Successful deployment of known technologies or solutions
- Experience in personnel supervision (mainly on technical activities)
- Participation in the development of problem-solving projects
- Participation in the commissioning and start-up of technical equipment
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Analytical skills in problem solving
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Additional expectations:
- LEAN/TPM experience
- Valid sanitary results
- SAP knowledge will be an asset
