Department Overview

The Logistics Department is responsible for the flow of goods and services from the point of origin to the point of consumption. The primary goal of this department is to ensure that products are delivered to the right place, at the right time, in the right condition, and at the lowest possible cost.

Job Description

Main responsibilities include:

• Entering orders into Motorola's internal system and monitoring their execution.

• Preparing data for INTRASTAT reports.

• Collaborating with logistics/finance department staff on international shipments (intra-Community deliveries/acquisitions, imports/exports).

• Collaborating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agencies.
  Preparing logistics documentation.

• A wide range of office work, including administrative tasks related to the ongoing processing of orders, and maintaining and archiving relevant documentation.

Basic Requirements

• Excellent work organization, accuracy, meticulousness, and systematic approach

• Excellent communication skills and initiative-taking skills

• Responsibility for assigned tasks

• Ability to learn quickly

• Fluent in English

• Willingness to start work quickly

• Students/graduates of logistics or transport-related fields are welcome

• Experience in the logistics department of an international company (knowledge of transport, customs, Intrastat, Incoterms) will be an asset

• Availability to work 40h/week
