The Team
SHEIN's European logistics team is committed to working with our logistics suppliers to provide satisfactory logistics services to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations management of first-mile collection under the semi-managed business model; maintain smooth communication with merchants/service providers to ensure efficient logistics fulfillment across all steps.
- Coordinate and optimize processes such as order fulfillment, warehousing, shipping, and dispatch, continuously improving service quality and operational efficiency.
- Collect feedback from merchants, analyze issues in operations, and propose as well as implement solutions for improvement.
- Monitor operational data such as order accuracy, on-time collection rate, timely shipping rate, and merchant satisfaction; conduct basic data analysis and provide regular reports.
- Continuously drive process optimization to enhance overall team efficiency and merchant experience.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience – e-commerce or logistics-related company
- Experience in logistics operations – especially in first-mile or semi-managed models
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Creative problem-solving and logical thinking
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
- High sense of responsibility – service-oriented and collaborative
- Proficiency in English – both written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, or merchant operations.
